Reservation conditions

Should the client for any reason cancel the booking meant for the sums paid will be applied the following penalties:

from 60 days to 30 days of arrival will be refunded 50% advance;
30 arrival the prepayment will not be returned;
Customers wishing to cancel the reservation may, without incurring any penalty, to move the dates “to be allocated to” date, subject to availability. The days for early departure or not taken are not refundable.

City Tax

For reservations from April 1 to October 31, of each year, there is a city tax of 1.50 € per day for a maximum of 7 nights to be paid locally. After seven days it is not expected over the payment of this tax.

Customer’s obligations

The customer and the room cohabitants will engage and compel you to occupy the chosen room exclusively for tourism. It is absolutely forbidden to host, on a permanent or transitional measure, persons other than those charged. Exceptions / requests must be agreed with the management for the necessary legal obligations in force. The customer must take the utmost care of the entrusted room, furniture and equipment supplied and indicate to the direction of any failure or breakage within 24 hours from the occupation of the room, in order to prevent it from being, in later, responsible, paying any damages. The customer will only make use of the facilities provided and will undertake to use them appropriately. The direction, in case of inability to deliver the booked room for unforeseen and / or beyond techniques to it, arrange for customer accommodation in other similar accommodation of equal or greater value.

Time of Silence

Customers are required to respect the silence time: from 14.00 to 16.30 and from 24.00 to 8.00. During the silence zone it is prohibited any activity that disturbs the rest of the neighbors.

Responsibility

The direction is not responsible for any accidents to people or things inside the ‘apartment. It also declines any responsibility on the inefficiency of external utilities (water or electricity, etc.) Can not be attributed.

Deposit

At the time of handover, the customer is obliged to pay an interest-free deposit of € 100 to cover any shortages, breakage or damage caused by the housing entrusted users. The deposit is returned upon departure, after checking and laundry facilities.

Data processing

The personal information you provide including e-mail address and telephone number, will be managed in full compliance with the Privacy Law (Legislative Decree no. 196/03).

Complaints

Our apartments are checked periodically. Therefore, in the descriptions by us exposed they are drafted in good faith and sincerity. Management is not responsible in any way for values, money and things of customer property, damage, damage caused inside the apartment without the knowledge of management, which in any case the height of his ability, however, intervene promptly to resolve the inherent problem. The complaints shall be promptly reported to management, failing that, customers who leave the rented apartment forfeit their rights and possible rent repayments not enjoyed. In any case, if the complaint is made at the end of the stay and / or after departure will not be taken into account.

Disputes and place of jurisdiction

For any dispute, or the incorrect interpretation and all the above mentioned, the only parts elect the Court of the Court of Torre Annunziata (NA). Therefore reference is made to the Civil Code rules and to local habits and customs. Unwanted persons that may cause problems to the quiet type harassment, damage to property and to people and could prejudice the correct enjoyment of the stay, will be removed from the apartment.
